Short biography
I earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a specialization in cybersecurity, followed by a master's in data science. My career includes diverse roles in IT and three years as a data scientist at an e-health startup, prior to starting my PhD program.
Project Description
This project is focused on developing an open-source data science pipeline for non-invasive evaluation of responses to particle beam therapy in preclinical studies. Python is the core programming language for this project. The pipeline integrates radiomics and various statistical techniques to examine preclinical datasets, such as co-registered MRI, CT, and dose distribution images. the project aims to facilitate voxel-wise analysis across diverse imaging modalities, enabling non-invasive assessment of particle therapy responses in tumor models.
